Goods Return Policy

Healthy Horizon International abides by the Goods Return Policy put forth by The Public Authority for Consumer Protection.

Goods sold by Healthy Horizon International on the Trevia website (https://treviaoman.com) are perishable goods.

The customer may exchange or return the goods within the span of 15 days upon receiving it. However, the package must not be opened or rendered unusable and non-consumable.

An item may be exchanged or returned and refunded if it bears any defect or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the sale.

A valid purchase receipt (Invoice) must be provided at the time of lodging the Goods Return request through the Trevia website (https://treviaoman.com)

Money Refund Policy

All requests for Money Refund must be made lodged through by sending an email to care@treviaoman.com

The amount paid in full by the customers who have purchased the goods via Trevia website (https://treviaoman.com) shall be deemed to have the amount refunded to their Account after satisfying the clauses stated in the Goods Return Policy.

The amount paid shall be transferred to the Customer’s account within 30 days of the receipt of the request.
